なにはともあれ、いよいよコパも決勝戦。
「ブラジル×アルヘンティーナ」、南米一のカードでタイトルが決定です。
下馬評では圧倒的なアルヘンティーナ優位。いやー、どうなりますかね…
しかしまあ、このドゥンガ・セレソン、国内ではボロクソに叩かれ、海外でも評価されず、七転八起でなんとか決勝までこれました。
一方、アルゼンチンはグループステージの毎試合では、よく先制されたものの、中盤がよく働き、そして、なんといっても若いスター、メッシの活躍で、トーナメントステージに入ってからは怒濤の攻撃サッカーを展開してます。メッシのメヒコ戦のループシュートゴールなどは、まさに芸術品でした。
このアルヘンの圧倒的な安定感に、ここ二日、仕事をしていても、居酒屋で飲んでいても、道を歩いていても訊かれます「フッチさん、さすがに、今度はアルヘンですかねえ？」…って、冗談、そんなに南米サッカー好きは周りにいません。
ただ、あっしが思っているのは、アルヘンがどうだろうと、セレソンがどうだろうと、この２チームが激突するときは、目の前の相手をなぎ倒して勝つ、ただそれだけ。
優位性はいつの時代もなかった。あったのは燃えさかるような激しいライバル心。
♪「勝つと思うな、思えば負けるう?」…
そんなことで、近年のブラジルとアルヘンティーナの対決の変遷でも、たどってみようかと思いました、ひさしぶりに長いです文章…
いまから１０年ほど前を戻れば、同じコパ・アメリカ、1997ボリビア大会でブラジルが優勝。けど、この年、アルゼンチンとは対戦がなかった。当時、アルゼンチンの監督はダニエル・パサレラ、「アルビ・セレステ」（アルヘンの別称、“白・水色”）は南米選手権の真っ最中。ブラジルは94年Ｗ杯覇者として予選を免除されていた。翌年の98年4月になって両者はマラカナンで親善をしている。このときのアルヘンには、今回のコパでも活躍しているアヤラ、サネッティ、ベロンの3人がすでにいた。セレソンには、カフー、ロベカル、ライー、ロマーリオ、ロナウドとかがいたけど、今回のコパのメンツは誰もいない。
98年フランス大会では、ブラジルは準優勝、アルヘンはオランダに負けてベスト8止まり。ただ、あのときのアルヘン×イングランド戦は記憶に強く残ってます。そういえば、日本代表とも試合しましたね。
Ｗ杯後、セレソンはザガロ監督が退き、アルヘンは“きちがい”マルセロ・ビエルサ監督就任。ビエルサが半年後の99年早々に新生代表チームを招集したのに比べ、セレソンはＷ杯から、1年以上も経った同年9月ごろ、ようやくヴァンデルレイ・ルシェンブルゴ（ルーシャね）が就任して代表チームを招集。後の02年Ｗ杯メンバーのうち、カフー、リバウド、バンペッタ、デニウソンあたりが、まず呼ばれた。
それで両者は、この年のコパアメリカ、99年パラグアイ大会で激突。ブラジルはリバウド、ロナウド、アモローゾの攻撃陣。アルヘンはアヤラ、サムエル、ソリン、サネッティ、シメオネ、オルテガそしてなんと若きリケルメもいた。ブラジルが2?1で勝利、ついでに優勝。このコパが（いまは“亡き”）ロナウジーニョ・ガウショの代表デビュー大会でもあった。
「78年の死闘」
同年9月には、ホームアウェー方式の親善試合2試合が組まれた。1試合目はブエノスアイレス、アルヘンは前述のメンツからリケルメを外しベロン、前戦にはクレスポとクラウジオ・ロペスと、そしてボランチには、あのフェルナンド・レドンド。ブラジルも前戦に後に「３Ｒ」と呼ばれる、リバウド、ロナウド、ロナウジーニョの３人。アルヘン２?０ブラジル。
アウェーは１週間後、ポルトアレグレで行われた（あの頃は、こんな試合が組めたんだなあ…）。ブラジルは３Ｒ、アルヘンは更にキリ・ゴンサレスを入れてきて、両チームともに、ほぼ０２年Ｗ杯ベースが見えた形。ブラジル４?２アルヘン。互いにホームの意地を見せた。
いよいよ新世紀、２０００年に入ると状況が一変。その年から始まったホームアウェー総当たり式のＷ杯南米予選に突入し、ブラジルも序盤は勝ち点を重ねていくも、６月ホームのマラカンでウルグアイと引き分けたあと（よく引き分けるのよ、ウルグアイとは）、７月アウェーのパラグアイ戦でまさかの敗北。記憶では、チラベルトが長いキックを入れて、とんとん、とツータッチぐらいで決められたんだよね。
これで長丁場の予選に慣れていない代表スタッフもガクッときた。その直後、同月にアルヘンとサンパウロで対戦し、意地の3-1で圧勝するも（ロナウジーニョがすごかった）、チリに完敗。そして、同年の五輪で敗退したのち、年末には、ルシェンブルゴ監督が脱税やらセクハラ疑惑で解任。ルーシャは長年、調子に乗りすぎたツケをここで払った。
「いやいや、78年は死闘だった」
しかし、ここからが酷かった、セレソンはエメルソン・レオンが就任するも、半年間さっぱり調子が上がらず、7月にはフェリペ・エスコラーリ監督に交替、フェリポン就任後も負けが込み、コパ・アメリカ01では、なんとホンジュラスに負けて敗退。
そんなチームを建て直そうとしていた時期に、ブエノスでアルヘンとの予選第2試合目、ここで、アルヘン2-1と容赦なし。アイマールがいた。セレソンはその後も、ボリビアに負けたりしてヒヤヒヤものだったが、最終節、ベネズエラを下して、南米予選を辛うじて3位で突破。やれやれ。このときブラジルを救ったのが最終試合で２ゴールを上げた、あのＦＷルイゾン。同じ予選を１位になって余裕で通過したのはアルヘンティーナ。
そんなわけで、02年Ｗ杯の下馬評は、現在のように、圧倒的にアルヘン有利だった。実際、フタを開けてみると、アルヘンは本領を発揮できずグループリーグ敗退の屈辱。逆に、セレソンはロナウドが怪我から復帰し、見事優勝！パンパカパーン！ペンタカンペオン！！
「82年、マラドーナ退場」
大会後、スコラーリは勇退、パヘイラ監督が翌年に就任。アルヘンティーナに関しては、ビエルサは残留し、２００４年のアテネ五輪（ブラジルは予選敗退）を圧倒的な強さで優勝してのち、勇退。その直後にホセ・ペケルマン監督が就任。
よって、０２年、０３年ともに南米クラシコはなし。０３年から始まった南米予選（前回優勝者も参加）で０４年に対決。ホームでの試合はブラジル３-１アルヘン。そして前回コパ・アメリカ０４年ペルー大会決勝戦では、主力を外して臨んだセレソンがアルヘンの圧倒的な支配に耐えながら、試合終了間際、アドリアーノの土壇場ゴールで同点に追いつき、ＰＫで下して優勝。
このとき、セレソン側にはフアン、マイコン、ジエゴの３人がいた。アルヘンにはパト・アボンダンシエーリ、アヤラ、ヘインツェ、マスケラーノ、サネッティ、ルチョ・ゴンサレス、テベスの７人がいた（監督はまだビエルサ）。こうしたメンツからもわかるとおり、アルヘンはメッシ以外、世代交代が意外と進んでいないと言われる。
総当たり式の南米予選のおかげで、それまで、４年に１度あるかないかのクラシコが、最低でも４年に２度は行われることになった。０５年に入ると、６月にアウェーのブエノスで、アルヘンが第１試合のスコアを返上。アルヘン３-１、リケルメが目立った。
同月末、今度はドイツ・コンフェデ杯の決勝戦で激突。ブラジルが怒濤の攻撃で４-１と圧勝。このときも、アルヘンの方が大会を通して安定した強さを見せていた。けど、一方で、日本代表となんとか引き分けてグループリーグを突破し、大会を通じて成長していったセレソンに、最後は吹き飛ばされた。
「ファウカン、82年」
その後、０６年ドイツＷ杯で「史上最強」と謳われたセレソンだが、けっきょく不発。アルヘンとともにベスト８止まり。ただし、同Ｗ杯では「死のグループ」（オランダ、セルビア・モンテネグロ、コートジボアール）を１位突破して善戦したアルヘン・チームのＷ杯の終わり方は、ブラジルとは雲泥の差といえるほど、好印象を残した。
Ｗ杯後、ブラジルはパヘイラ解任、ドゥンガ就任。アルヘンはペケルマン解任、アルフィオ・バシーレ監督就任。06年９月に初対決。ブラジルにはマイコン、フアン、エラーノ、ジュリオ・バチスタ、ホビーニョ、ヴァグネル・ラブの6人が出場。アルヘン側はアボンダンシエーリ、ガブリエル・ミリート、ルチョ・ゴンサレス、マスケラーノ、リケルメ、メッシとテベスの七人。カカの活躍もあり、セレソンが3-0で圧勝と意外な結果に終わった。
最後の試合から8ヶ月が経つが、ドゥンガ・セレソンはカカとロナウジーニョの起用法に難航、二人が参加を辞退した今回のコパでは、結果優先のプレースタイルを確立しつつも、国内からは強烈な非難を浴びている。一方、アルヘンティーナはバシーレ采配下これといった結果を出してこなかったが、いざ本番となったこのコパで一気に爆発。とくに、メッシの台頭が著しい。
まあ、そんな訳で長々と書いてしまいましたが、ブラジル×アルヘン、その長い歴史の一部だけを切り取っても、沢山のストーリー、数えられないほどの“ふくみ”があるわけです。
いつのときもフルメンバーを揃えてのぞむアルヘンには敬意を払いたい。でも、やっぱり、彼等に負けるとなると、心情的には、耐え難いね。

お互いよくけなしあってますけど、内心どちらも実力は認め合ってるというある意味いいライバル同士に見えます。
今回の試合、どっちも応援はしませんけど（だって友達がｗ）いつもどおりクラシコらしい試合を見たいです。
なんとな?くアルヘンティーナが優勢に見得るのは事実でしょうけど、ブラジルってやる時はやりますからわからないもんですよね？

今回の背景としては、ブラジルは負けても言い訳ができるけど（ドゥンガの進退は不明ですが）、アルヘンティーナは言い訳なし。
とはいえ、今大会のパフォーマンスでバシーレに対する評価も確定のようですし。
ただ、こう書いてみると、アルヘンティーナの選手はこの10年間、そんなに入れ替わっていないことも事実。必要ないといわれてみれば、そうですが…
とにかく、今回は、セレソンはなりふり構わず戦えばいいと思います。
自分はここ数年の対戦で一番好きだったのは９９年のホームアウェイ方式の親善試合、ブラジルホームで勝った試合です。
あの時はリバウドが凄かった！国内ではあまり評価されなかったリバウドですが（たぶん内向的な性格のせいだと思いますが…）当時のリバウドはマラドーナも世界No.1プレーヤーだと絶賛してましたからね。
そんなリバウドもセレソンで活躍できるようになるまでには４，５年かかってますからね。ロビーニョやジエゴ、アンデルソンもまだまだこれからだと温かく見守らないといけませんね。
決勝は相手がアルゼンチンということもあり絶対勝って優勝して欲しいですが、少しでもブラジルらしいプレーを魅せて欲しいですね。
フッチさんのペースが上がってるお陰で、毎日の楽しみが増えますよ。空気銃ぶっ放すディエゴさんや、コーラごくごく飲むズィッコさんの怪物っぷりを語る日本人の方って、フッチさんしかいないんすもん。日本人の評論家の人の話あんまり面白くねーんすもん。
カズさんが解説になって、いろんな話、沢山聞かせてくれないかなとこっそり期待しています。
永遠に続いていく、２超大国が明日はどんな試合を繰り広げるのか興味は尽きないです。
メッシーの我が最近どんどん強くなってきてるので、あんまり調子づかない様に、勉強する姿勢を失わない、自分が止められた時のプレーの選択肢を磨くという意味で、がつんとブラジルの守備陣にやっつけて欲しいのですが、このまま高みに登っていってしまいそうで、怖いです。どこまで行くのか。

セレソンについて、アルヘン・ファンの間では、カカやロナウジーニョの不在もあり、最初のうちこそ「あれは１軍半か？」「いや２軍だろう」等々言い合っていたものの、次第に調子を上げしっかり勝ち進んでくるにつれ、いつもの『とにかく勝たねばならない、宿敵セレソン』とあいなりました。まさに、

話は突然変わりまして、昨年末のクラブワールドカップでのインテルナシオナウの優勝、遅ればせながらお祝い＆お礼申し上げます。フッチさんの大切なクラブなのに、あまりに私は無知すぎて、あの時にはここにお邪魔できなかったのですが、試合は本当に堪能しました。終了後「見たか南米の底力！」と捨て台詞吐いてましたもん、バルサに。自分がまだＷ杯のショックから立ち直れていなかったことが、あの試合を見て分かりました。でもおかげで、やっと溜飲が下がった。
(今年のボカにも頑張って欲しい……リケルメ多分いないけど)
選手もファンも、南米サッカーに関わりのあるすべての人が、あれで勇気づけられ、このコパにも繋がっている気がします。
さてと、ファイナルまでもう少し。今回のフッチさんの力作『ブラジル×アルヘン、その長い歴史』(色々ありすぎ、面白すぎ！)にどんな新たな１ページが？
とにかくいい試合になりますよう。
つくづく思うのは、アルビ・セレステもセレソンも本当に幸せな代表チームだということ。

へえー、憶えているんですね。恥ずかしいんですが、あっしは、どんなだったが忘れました。笑
あっしにとっては、最初に観たクラシコ、あちらの聖地モヌメンタル・ヌニェスで78年Ｗ杯に行われた準決勝が永遠に記憶に残っています。
掴むは、蹴るは、唾を吐くは…群衆に囲まれてセレソンは皆殺しにされるんじゃないかな、って子供心に思いましたよ。
いまでは、互いにチームメイトだったりして、随分、平和になりました。
