なんと、偽の会談は録画・録音され、そのストリーミング・ファイルまでリンクされている。
内容については、会話のニュアンス（“含み”ってやつ）がわからなくて悔しいが、事実だけを羅列すればこう：
エリクソンが言うには、3年契約の年間500万ユーロ（10億円ほど?）でＷ杯後、アストンビラの監督になってもいい。いまＦＡ協会からもらっているのは300万ポンド（6億円）、税別だと明かしてしまった。ただ、エリクソンと協会の契約は2008年まである。
ほかにも、タイトル獲得の際、選手に払うべき賞金の額これぐらい、監督の分は「それ以上あるべき」と言及した。

以前、フェリポンの代表監督としての影響力について02年Ｗ杯後のセレソン選手たちの移籍状況と関連づけたが、現実的なアプローチだったと改めて認識できた。
